Murphey Candler Park

Murphey Candler Park is 135 acres of multi-use park located in Atlanta. It is the largest park in Brookhaven and is currently operated by the City of Brookhaven Parks and Recreation Department. You can enjoy the view over the lake filled with wildlife while listening to outdoor music in the nearby community. Murphey Candler Park provides a mix of in-town community buzz, views of the lake, and wooded trails. The trail is a short loop (1.6 miles), and almost all the lake is in view. You can view a lake as you cross the covered bridge back to the main parking area. It provides baseball, softball, and soccer programs across the park. Murphey Candler Park is also home to Canadian geese, mallards, other ducks, and beavers.
