Nicky Treadway, Ma, Lmhc, Ncc - Anchors Aweigh Counseling, LLC

Nicky Treadway has over ten years of experience in the counseling field. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern State University. Nicky has worked in a diversity of settings, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Nicky Treadway is expertise in maternal mental health, anxiety, and perinatal mood disorders. She uses reality therapy, CBT, and adventure/movement-based elements in her therapy. Her sessions can be done indoors in a traditional setting or outdoors where the connection with nature is strong. Nicky Treadway is the host of the bi-weekly podcast Cognizant.
